While my experience at Bajaj Allianz Life was largely positive, one challenge I faced was the unnecessary pressure from newly hired managers. At times, they would set unrealistic expectations, which added unnecessary stress to the FLS employees. A more balanced approach from leadership, focusing on support and motivation rather than excessive pressure, would greatly improve the work environment.

Nothing about to like . Product is good . But Toxic work environment.. main mangement doing nothing treat fls as good for nothing. Specially not safe for women . If women raise some problem no-one has to listen

There is no specific sitting arrangement for RPD channel and the supervisor never understand my selected candidates for TM and he has mindset if any one or two are non performer then all are to be non performers so rejected more than 25 candidates .
