The company is good when you consider the salary and benefits but as said, all that shines is not gold.

Everything that shines is not gold. The culture, politics, work life balance, ill defined processes, rigidity to change, lack of SOPs, non empathetic leadership, ill trained team leaders is a major issue especially in finance. Moreover the company has some long termed employees who command even above the leadership though being junio r and make it difficult for new employees to settle down<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Overall the culture, work life balance and job security are pathetic which ultimately makes it impossible for you to enjoy the financial benefits they offer</mark>. There is no job security and there is no standard to run process. Bain is loosing their name due to current management. Pl don’t join bain finance.

There is no job security and middle management is licking boots of bosses to run there job. Worst place to work.
