There is no growth in the organization and the company is stuck at 200 employees since 20 years. If the company does not grow how are employees going to grow within the company. Team Leaders have got stuck in the same position since more than 15 years with no opportunity of becoming a Manager/ VP. They are frustrated because of thissituation and grumble in private about their condition of not getting any promotions. Many individuals make fun of these TLs by saying that they have put fevicol on their chairs thereby making them look like a bunch of jokers. Backups/ Supervisors are eagerly awaiting when these TLs will leave the company and they will get their long due promotion. So there is immense pressure on these TLs to leave and make way for others. The owner is like a Lalaji sitting in his Lala company and does not have any vision or ambition to make the company grow. So don't fall for that if you're actually looking for a finance role. Work timings are strictly gender tailored, 7-3 for women and 3-11 pm for men. The appraisal process isseemingly long and you get the appraisal around September-October, probably a way to keep employees from leaving at march during peak hiring season. You can only expect good appraisals if you've spent a significant amount of time here, else expect 7-10 % . No Indian holidays and no Saturday off. No growth in the company and no opportunity for career growth, promotions for employees. Salaries and increments are pathetic and very low. The office has poor facilities for employees and is situated in a old broken down shabby building. It looks like a "Purani Haveli" and the office environment is like a "Municipality office". The work done in this company does not need any prior knowledge or skills and anybody who is even 12th pass can do this job by receiving WCA data entry training after joining. So if you are a graduate or post graduate doing this kind of job then you are wasting your time and career by working in this company since such experience does not count in the job market. The company mostly hires freshers and individuals who are jobless and unemployed because such people do not have bargaining power in terms of salary negotiation since they are only looking for any kind of job. So the company and HR will exploit such people because of their joblessness by giving a lower salary and also since they can join immediately without any notice period commitments. This company is like "Besaharon ka Sahara" and anybody who does not have a job and any other option will definitely find a job in this company but with a lessor salary since the company will take advantage of your "Majboori". The job has no potential in terms of learning, knowledge and skill development. The work is data entry/updating in WCA for corporate actions like dividend, splits, takeover, merger, mutual funds, UIT, bonds, redemption etc. The company and HR will lie about the job profile by saying that it is a Data Analyst job but 90% of the job is Data Entry. They feel ashamed to admit about the data entry services provided by the company. There are 2 processes Equity Corporate Action and Fixed Income and both are worthless and limited in terms of gaining knowledge and skills. After working in this company you will only become a "Master of WCA" which is "useless experience" because it has no scope and value. You will not gain any transferable skills with WCA experience and you will require extensive training for other jobs despite being a experienced person. It is very difficult to find jobs with such work experience especially seniors who are above 30 since you will be considered as a fresher. So you will not be selected in other companies because training is provided to freshers and not to experienced persons. Many individuals and Team Leaders have got stuck in the same position since more than 10 to 15 years and not getting any promotion within the company. They are also frustrated since they are not able to find other jobs and also do not have any other option due to their "Majboori" with such kind of irrelevant WCA experience. It is a place where you will only see your career getting destroyed in the long term with nowhere to go like many senior employees have found out. There is no future for employees in this company and due to technologies like AI such companies involved in data entry and data processing jobs will shut down in the future.
