I am head of Finance & Accounts Deptt. of the University. Job is quite OK, but less challenging what I had gained previously at KPT (now Deendayal Port Trust), Kutch, Gujarat, a Numero-Uno Major Port of India for a decade & still No 1 Major Port of India.

This place is good for graduation and postgraduation but research culture is not as developed as other central universities, funding issue is a major threat to its growth and a lot of internal politics that hamper the overall growth of the system.
