Worst company to work with ever, I would never suggest anyone to join this company, reason why I am saying this is because on 16th of March 2020, I have been asked to put down the papers(resign) all of a sudden, without any prior intimation in the name of cost cutting, an in the very next week lockdown was declared, I was also askedto serve a notice of one month which means my LWD would be 16th April 2020, I was told by an HR that I'll be getting a salary for the month of march which I received and also they'll pay me 16 days salary for the month of April and my pending PL amount will also be given to me but now it's been 5 month from the day I resign none of these commitment has been fulfilled, when I try to connect with HR they don't even answer my call neither they call me back revert me on an email, and I am not getting any support from my supervisor neither from manager, have shared my FNF form with HR via email it's been more than 10 days now I have not received any update regarding my experience letter, also they have updated my wrong DOJ on EPFO portal because of which now I am unable to withdraw my PF amount as well, to get it rectified from epfo office I need them to provide me a joint declaration form with signature and stamp on it, which I had already shared with HR, still I am awaiting a revert from them, hence I am helpless right now I have a family to support and I don't have single penny with me neither I have a job since April, nobody cares in this freaking company B2X, this company is good for nothing....shame on the people who have stakes in this company and they don't understand there ex-employees compulsion....Read More

Work Details

No training provided to me, have learned everything on my own by taking help from an existing employees, I was hired for a different profile but I was asked to work on completely disparate profile, which made me learn lot of things belongs to other roles.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
