Too many celebrations. Lunches, snacks, birthdays, smallest of festivals, evetything is celebrated. Although, its all fun, too much time is wasted behind that. They also have a cricket team.

Good if you are willing to learn, and willing to provide more than 9 hours of the day. Very good if you make friends during job. Easy to spend your working hours. Lucky if you are not going to work with technical team.

Dislikes

Bad if the part of your job involves working with development team. Very bad because different seniors appreciates your work and gives HR negative review. Unlucky if you are going to work with the senior and lead developer. He just think about himself and he is always right.

No work ethics or culture, no HR methods, no clearly defined roles for the employees as it's a front organization and politics wins over performance, Esp. if you are planning to relocate to join here then not very advisable It's so apparent that all positive reviews are fake based on which outstation candidates join this organization

No professionalism, worst HR policies, actually there are no HR policies there. HR department is for name sake only. They will make you dance as per their requirement, and when work is done they will terminate you without any prior notice. Termination is like game to them, saw many in my small tenure. No learning or training is given to new employee and expected to perform his 100%. Manipulation of employees is at best in this company. No fixed rules they will change as per their convenience. Discrimination with new employees, some employees will take leaves as per their convenience, even HR but if you ask for leave they'll always resist. They are just some ego manic people having enough money to open a company. No flexibility, your each and every step will be noticed and will be used against you when required. No work life balance. Currently Company is facing challenges in Financial and Due to mismanagement Not job security and lack of work. No Vision in any areas like technology, management perspective, even company is not following company policies 😃 All fake commitments.

Current situation of Azine web technologies is No Vision, No financial capable, Not proper management structure, Not Skilled Authorised Management who is incapable, Hr level management is partial and irresponsible , Lots of lack of management and work environment over there. So All are leaving the company due to unsecured job and financial difficulties.

There's a QA team, design and creative, SEO and content management teams too. A well balanced happy crowd and a fine tuned approach. Down-to-earth Management: They have a open door policy and anybodycan approach anyone from Project Manager/HR/Director for any issues at any time. There are employees working here since 8-9 years who are a live example of the workplace this is. Please reach out to current employees to get an accurate review rather than the ungrateful ones who absconded on pretext of father's heart failure. We can only pray for their father(s) ;) Genuine Reviews: Typical woke mentality of absconding employees make them feel that people who have good experience with the company are fake. Get a life. HR: Gentle, soft spoken HR, great listener, never raises her voice, employee friendly. Give her a call and you'll know. Funny people: There is a funny guy in the Python team who stand up and start walking randomly in the office for no reason. He needs medical attention but the management does not indulge into private affairs of individuals and this person keeps walking and distracting everybody. Personal Hygiene: Again, the same Python team had a guywho wore same clothes for 2-3 days in a row. He had punctuality issues at work due to his dominating wife and on being told gently by the HR, claims that there's a lot of internal gossip going on.
