So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad. Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients. The strict work policies along with strict deadlines have led many of my reportees to resign , still there is no understanding on the challenges faced during the client deliverables and projects.

The recent middle management hired by the company has made it very difficult to work. The culture is gone, the feeling of satisfaction is gone. It has become just another IT company. HR policies are all over the place and the overall system has become very insensitive.
