All management control by his main office Gurgaon. In new offices in others cites they don't have much senior person. So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad. Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients. The strict work policies along with strict deadlines have led many of my reportees to resign , still there is no understanding on the challenges faced during the client deliverables and projects.

It’s an old school “baniya” company. No focus on technology, replete with politics and tyrants. Work is neither recognized, nor rewarded. Hire/Fire culture.
