So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad. There is no job security. Upper management is very bad. No one will help you to find any project because no one will reply you or you need to be a Chaatu! Salary hikes depends upon on Politics. If you are favourite then you will receive hikes,award every thing.

Not even a single thing to talk about this company except 20 rs food coupon. One of the worst company to work too much of politics there are few Babus in this company who have created a lobby and are working closely and not allowing outside talent to settle and grow.

They show fake sympathy and this the only company where they follow fish market culture. Managers are really idiots here. Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients. The strict work policies along with strict deadlines have led many of my reportees to resign , still there is no understanding on the challenges faced during the client deliverables and projects.
