No workflow management No learning skills All wrong sales No sale no salary Decreased the salaries lower than the joining salary No proper HR management No proper job training

All sales are wrong sales No concern about students career Many students lost their money by paying to Y-Axis for Immigration and admissions for abroad universities. The unethical domestic company I never seen.

No holidays, even if you are not well, continues working for 2 to 3 weeks, no breaks allowed apart from 30 mins lunch break, They will not allowed you to leave on time from office but they want to come before office in time
