1) Extremely unprofessional senior management (specially Gurgaon) 2) Extremely unfair treatment meted out to deserving people 3) There was zero involvement (right from proof of concept, execution, review and delivery to governance) from senior management in a project I was leading as a team lead. There is ample evidence to demonstrate it. Yet, the senior manager and 2 AD's on the project made sure I was humiliated for the same.
