Since servicing our first set of customers in late 2004, we have built the practice with the help of two sets of very strategic and powerful brand ambassadors – our customers & our people. Of all the customers we acquired pre 2006, ~90% of them continue as customers. Clearly we have a demonstrated track record of customer and people stickiness - we grow with our clients and our people. On repeated occasions we have been delighted to receive calls from customers introducing us to our next set of customers. Today we serve ~70+ customers globally (ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small & mid-sized companies) and are proud of our maniacal focus on customer centricity and customer delight to the point that it is our DNA and it runs through the organisation.
