1.Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day.
2.Director treats employees like sl@ves, he doesn't have manners to talk with his employees. He will disrespect you in front of any one.
3. Hire freshers from colleges to do research and other work, No training provided, they have to learn on their own, if they do not meet the performance criteria they will be targeted by the director and other departments.
4. Beware of profile change and don't believe the unethical HR team, as they don't convey this message to you. Director can change your role and responsibilities at any time even if you have different expertise and you cannot say no to the director or else he will kick you out of the company.
5. There is no planning before starting the project they will randomly start project in any state without any backup and after failure they will play blame game.
6. Hire and Fire Policy- They will hire employees at higher salaries and if there is no project they will not pay the salary and they will fire them.
7. Politics- People who have been working in this company for two-three years will not support you, thinking that you will do better than them. Your colleagues will not support you, they will try to bring you down. There are some people in the company who have no work, they just gossip and condemn the hard workers.
8. High attrition rate - Those who are carrier oriented and have some goals in life will not survive more than a year in this company. Company doesn't care about attrition, they won't keep good employees but they will retain employees who are worthless.
9. Corporate Jail - Your land line, computer and email will be continuously monitored even your break time will be monitored by the director. No personal mobile phones are allowed in the office.
10. Micromanagement: Every time you have to get approval from the director, you cannot take your own decisions. The director will always keep an eye on you.
