Professional programs cover training specific to professional aspects while the personal development programs cover life skills and other related aspects. There is office pantry and also there is cafeteria option like the Starbucks and the Teapost one. So you can eat different as per the liking. I have Starbucks coffee sometime and no need to go outside office as it is in the office only.
