Social and team building events are organized so that we can socialize and build a good professional rapport with each other. The mgmt. over here emphasizes on it. One thing is for sure that it helps a lot while working on a daily basis.

The mgmt. Inculcates thinking ability in us. They encourage the employees to come with innovative ideas, smart ways/techniques to do work faster. Dedicated brainstorming and suggestions session are organized for the same. Rewards are also given for innovations, smart suggestions etc. This helps to have a healthy competition amongst us employees.

Workload at times demands putting in extra hours.

We go on monthly team lunches and in team outings. It fills our life with fun and excitement. Everyone gets to chat on topics other than work. The atmosphere becomes lively and helps to reduce the stress. We get back to work rejuvenated and refreshed. Such initiatives from the management here.

I won’t say I feel, but would say I know it well and am 100% sure of the fact that not only freshers but experienced individuals will also get to learn a lot after working here.
