I have 10 months of experience in Data Analytics and a 60-day notice period. I have been actively applying for jobs and regularly updating my profiles on Naukri and LinkedIn, but I am not getting interview calls. Currently, my team has reduced from 10 to just 3 people, so I feel this might be a good time to negotiate a salary hike if I get an offer elsewhere. However, I am worried that if I resign solely for a salary increase, my resignation might get accepted, and I could end up jobless. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What would be the best approach in this scenario? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We have banking services of IndusInd Bank available here within office campus. So, during any emergency, we don’t have to leave our office campus to make any banking operations. Things have got feasible for many of us because of it. Glad that we have such facilities within our office campus.
