Manager is behaving like General Dyer. HR is not supporting Even my manager not accepted my resignation . But he say I accepted your resignation. To much work presure and politics. HR always talk in the favour of manager. HR manager work like Manager. I am working in Banca channel and max life type with NKGSB bank and Jankalyaan bank.
