Worst experience, not having value and respect of employees. Salary paid by the company to me was to much low as per industrial standards. I was accept only due to COVID situation. They take advantage of the situation and committed me 30% degraded salary as per the previous organization and after the month provided me 50% LESS salary. Then gave me again false commitment of salatlry increasing here after end of probation period of 6 months, then at end of the probation not any changes in salary but so many time changes in location of work without traveling allowance.
