Very Professionally Managed company with a culture of feeling motivated ans sense of oneness with feeling of connecting top to bottom as team and making them feel comforted to with all supports to give their best . Appreciate the team and specially Director sir , humble full of humility believing is his team and their potential.

Dislikes

Nothing dislike .. it is one of best company to be with in its won segment and a growing organisation, Right fit for Positive , believing in self and believing in discipline and team work culture .. every team is as team player some level to give his best contribution and every team member is leader to lead in his position , work delivery and situation.

Nothing to like about the company. It's a company which needs to called as 'Lala Company'. People work here according to their own will. No hierarchy. If you're on a senior position then also you have to be like a management trainee bcz for everything you have to your manager to take the approval. They don't give any authority in your hand. Not at all a company to work with.

Dislikes

Everything. Be it work culture, no job security. They can say anytime on your face that you are fired. Lot of politics and the management doesn't address any issue. No one in the company is there to listen to you or support you. No holidays. Company expects you to work on Diwali as well.

Work Details

Very much disappointing. As my previous experience was totally different. I didn't get any training. I have learnt each n everything by myself. There's no one who can support you.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
