The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.T A company which always takes care of his employee needs.Working culture is excellent. I also the employee re-hire policy of Aviva. 👍

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. Otherwise Aviva is the excellent company to work with.

Work Details

Well I am from retention department so my work is slightly challenging as I have to retain the customers to full fill my targets.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
