Unethical Behavior and Toxic Work Environment I worked at Avineon and experienced a highly toxic work environment, primarily due to specific individuals in the HR and admin departments. One of them, Raghavendra (HR), Ramana (Admin) often displayed unprofessional and unethical behavior, including asking inappropriate personal questions during interviews, such as "Do you have a boyfriend?" This was completely unrelated to the job role and made the workplace feel unsafe. Additionally, around 70% of employees seem to have long-term associations with the company, there were instances of favoritism, misuse of authority, and unethical practices. These individuals frequently exhibited bossy and controlling behavior, particularly toward new employees, creating a hostile work environment. I used to work in a night's at home to manage my work load. I have worked with HR dept recruited 280 engineering graduate trainees in the 4 months period. Onboard about 30 to 40 people for one batch. After one or two months 80% resigned due to over work and pressure. Everything. Because there is no worklife balance. In kakinada branch they want us to work 12 hrs a day without giving OT. In kakinada there is terrible staff members. They treat this branch like a school with full of restrictions and heavy workload. And about the increments we better not talk about that.
