The colleagues who work with me are professional and sincere. For freshers this is a good place to learn more about business and to develop their professional skills. Performance based appraisal & bonus is a good thing.

Dislikes

One thing which I dislike about this company is their dress code (Business formals - from Mon-Thu) and nowadays companies have come to a realisation that dress code doesn't affect work ( Friday alone business casual ).

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
