There in no job security in aventior, they actions and words are different. Team members are good but management didn't value your hardwork and never strict to their words.

They hire candidates by giving false promises, when I join as intern 6 months they told that they will hire as employee 99% and here before 6 month completion they release us, left us job less. The attitude of hr is very bad at that time, as they guy's give false promises before joining and now ask why you joined? Like seriously 🙄.They give false promises and now they flip from their words.
