They Treat you like hell, your every mouse movement is tracked and you have to code for literally 9hrs, if you haven't written a line in 10 min, company ceo will msg you why you are not written code. They way they talk to you is like you are servent to them.

Interview conducted, selected in all rounds, in the final HR round they couldn't afford the package hence not receiving the calls also. Before even starting the interview i told my expectations and they confirmed they will be able to afford. Do not waste ur time providing interview.

1. Psyco -Emanual Bomighus he Is mental Patient stayed in mental hospital for almost 2 Month to Recover 2. No job security - today they will hire Tommorow they will Fire - even in morning hire evening fire 3. German People treat you like hell , like servent 4.Unpredictable work they will assign which is not relevant to skillset, you r scope and will ask for estimation within how much time it will complete. 5.if your work is good they never appreciate but if not good then immediately warning , without any intimation or information 6.Here everything depends on Bominghus mood if his mood is good there is no worries if not good then atleast 5 warning and 2 terminations he do without thinking. 7.if you try to explain him anything he will direct block your access and Terminate you due to EGO 8<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You will never get promotion or Salary hike hear when you complete 1 immediately he will start terminations in a month he do almost 30 to 50 Terminations</mark>. 9. Salary is not confirmed it's totally depend on him he will reduce or stop your salary anytime without reason 10. They provide you Old PC Insted of Laptops ,you need to Buy atleast mouse ,keyboard etc 11. If you don't want mental peace join here , if you don't need Job security Join here , if you don't have self respect join here. Guys stay at home but don't join this company,they don't think about anything,such personal life , family, work, skill, salary , they will ask you to work on any family person death situation.
