The Management including CEO is a crazy man, mentally unstable, insane and tortures employees, no HR Polices, the German CEO treats employees as Indian servants working for him.. Please, please do not risk you life's joining the company. Employees are given no values at all, never allowed to take sick leaves or even a 30 min lunch bread. The salary offered at the time of joining can be revised to half or even less than that at any point time. No appraisal or increment. The German CEO only know to demoralize and demotivate employees. The only English word he knows to use is "TERMINATION". Hard to believe that such companies even exist but please note this is a very true and genuine post. Not Based on any personal grudges or feelings, highlighting in the interest of job seekers who could fall prey to such fake companies. ADVISE TO MANAGEMENT: Shut down you company in India and NOTE we Indians are not your servants. The CEO should consult a good Physiatrist and get his mental instability and illness treated asap and then think of operating an Organization. nothing here for like, hr's are not picking call after selection

interview conducted, selected, conversation with HR she told me that i will talk with management for this budget but she is not getting call and not yet replied. i also connected with employees of AVENDATA on linkedin most of employees saying no to join, they don't have any onboarding process also.

Only thing Good that i felt is that the work in from home. no need to go to office other all the other things are terrible.

There is no job security you can be fired anytime or any reason. if you have the work knowledge then you have no scope here there is not innovation here. currently as there is not much task no proper training is given to the new joinees. Here only estimations are required and no work is done properly.. the management only knows two words 1. warning 2. termination they are not concerned about any thing else. Job is also not so worth it and most they have work. when they have work they hire when the work is finished they terminate. If you eligible for a increment they target you purposefully, This company know only to provide demotivation, they never give any appraisal or motivation to work, the work environment has also become so poor that you donot feel like to join the office in the morning....Read More
