If you are working good then and only if boss like the work you are doing then only you will get the hike. Permanent work from home this is the only good thing about the company

There is no work life balance, no job security, no promotions. If boss don't want to work with you then he'll terminate you immediately. He is headache, he gives so much stress not ready to listen anything and very egoistic person

They have screen recording system even though you don't have any task you have to do something, they won't provide laptop, some third class desktop, and have to sit continuously around 8-9 hours or more than that....Read More

They Treat you like hell, your every mouse movement is tracked and you have to code for literally 9hrs, if you haven't written a line in 10 min, company ceo will msg you why you are not written code. They way they talk to you is like you are servent to them.
