The culture is good and the immediate managers of few teams are really good since they themselves have come up from being engineers. There is good work-life balance and there is scope to learn new skills.
There is no direction to where the company is going. There is no compassion and empathy towards the layoffs that have happened. The company has lost its way since being one of the premier call center solution providers. There is very little growth and there is no way to know if you are going to stay or go.

Lack of leader's who can take company to high standard. Full politics directors and mangers have good relationship with each other if you're good with your manager or director then you will get good hike and promotion. Sorry, there is nothing at the moment. When you cannot provide, appraisals and have to take loan to survive then when is good. Whose fault is that Senior Management, who don't know management.
Nothing, no appraisals, nothing has been done to boost morale, infact managers are putting more pressure to reduce cost as directed by Directors. Worst time of my life in Avaya. Not able to meet daily expenses even. Please do not join. They dont think about you. As you grow with years of hardwork, you will become a liability for them. Will get regular threats that we will throw you out.
