Work Life Balance is very good in Avaya. Work culture is good as long as you are working with the right leaders. Work culture gets spoilt when managers from service based industries join and try to micro manage. Flexible working hours with work from home facility is good. Products you work on can be good but depends on the team.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. There can be a lot of difference between your on paper role and the role you actually play on the field. Learning curve goes in a downword direction. Salary increments are on an average side. Management hires people on much higher roles and much higher packages and makes them do the same thing as one on amuch lower level. This demotivates the existing well performing employees. No travel opportunities....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
