Off Role Employees are exploited and no appraisal, you keep on following up for Salary increment and nothing happens, Avaya has their R&D centre in India, which probably have difference environment, but sales office have this worst culture to get their work done and do not credit employee, personally managers are good, but for any employee development, management is really poor.
