Founder is not mature enough to handle her own employees and her HR Geetanjali, who feeds her in wrong way for her employees. They don’t give salary on time and job security. They fire employees with in a four five months.

Company forced exited many employees by withholding there salaries for more than a month and told them it will only be released after they give official resignation themselves, to avoid paying severance to the employees.
