Very poor work life balance Micro managing the employees Toxic environment Sleepless work They will fire you anytime No job security They will check your personals like whatsapp, personal mail, Files, etc.. in your mobile phone when you are leaving from the company. They will hire huge students in campus interview. But few only cross the first month.

No work life balance Too much pressure and micro managing peoples not in every team but there are some evil eyes in some team. Sleepless work . Too much of Politics .
