Nothing to like , nothing stands Avanze apart from other companies except the bad stuff. Nothing good except you get your salary on first working day of the month, even that too gets delayed sometimes. They've reduced the notice period so all the employees they put on furlough or have fired can find other means, that's a good thing .

The top management have no clue how the lower management treats their productioj employees. If the work's getting done, that's all they want. They don't want to check how their lower management is getting that work done, there's a lot of ego and weight throwing around. Zero work-life balance. People just want work done when they want it regardless if the employee is on their deathbed. There's no work culture, just a namesake HR who just conducts namesake activities. There's no bonus, no goodies, no benefits, no incentive, only pain of working over extended hours every other day without any appreciation whatsoever.
