Management of Avanze is Biased Dont expect any growth in this company as there are lot of favoritism, fake promise in which the Management (includes Senior VP) will make you to work like a dog convincing to do double shifts and weekend works and later once their job is done either theyl terminate you taking clients name without any reasons or if ur lucky enough u will be moved to different process and only their favorite chosen ones who licks their boots will get promoted as team leads (Assistant Manager) with all the facilities immidiately along with papers ( that also includes some freshers who are just collage passouts) this is the harsh reality of Avanze No Employe centric no matter what if anything happens to you they are least bothered theyl make you to come to office hardwork doesnt pay here Leaves work from home will be only given to favorite ones My friends i worked for 2 years in this company pls join at your own risk Thank you...Read More
