Freshers have a lot of things to learn. Best company for any fresher who would like to learn programming and business development for IT companies.

Projects tends to become monotonous after experience of 2 to 3 years. Hence learning scale reduces.

The first most worst thing is The Delay on Salary. For some individuals this is like what it's mean but in Avalon everyone is facing the issue and if you are Senior employee then I bet you will never get on time. Usually it takes 2 to 3 months of delay on getting one month salary. Bosses are horrible one of a kind. No professional degree or knowledge and experience still running the company that's why it is happening. This is the first company in my entire 10 year career that is so transparent even junior employee knowa that invoices are not cleared. Hectic, Boring, repetitive work but still they want something fresh. And one very bad tool called BYD so many bugs but CTO always push to work in it. It is his big time failure.
