The first most worst thing is The Delay on Salary. For some individuals this is like what it's mean but in Avalon everyone is facing the issue and if you are Senior employee then I bet you will never get on time. Usually it takes 2 to 3 months of delay on getting one month salary. Bosses are horrible one of a kind. No professional degree or knowledge and experience still running the company that's why it is happening. This is the first company in my entire 10 year career that is so transparent even junior employee knowa that invoices are not cleared. Suggestions: please give salary on time and treat your employees like human then you will grow....Read More
