1. No one in this company works sincerely. 2. Attrition is very high. 3.. Management is direction & vision less. No clarity of thought on scope of work. They change their decisions like they season. They only work on hit & trial mode. 4. Worst company culture- no employee benefits, strict timings, they do not value their employees. You will feel like a laborer, no stability, no work life balance- they will ask you to do overtime, work on Saturdays, managers will call you at night 10pm also and ask to call clients, give projections etc. Also, TLs do WFH or take leaves whenever they want to, but employees cannot do it, they have to take permission. 5. No work ethics - AVP, VPs have been seen shouting at peers and using cuss words during team meetings. 6. Micromanagement - your manager will call you to check if you have reached office or not at 9.30 while he/she will be just starting for office and once you reach office, they will ask you for VC to cross check. 7.Account and HR function are terrible. They mess up with your FNF, hikes, bonus, salary. 8. Ther are people who is in senior management - the VPs, AVPs who are just good for nothing. it is like a power concentration. you cannot raise your voice against them otherwise you will be thrown out immediately. They will travel mindlessly every alternate month or sometime every month for sake of client meetings in different locations but all they do is visiting eateries, salons etc. They are just burning company's cash and treat these visits as their mini vacay. 9.Technologically outdated, they do not support any new tech. 10.Questionable infrastructure- heard from peers that one of the office spaces is like a haunted house. no fans, no ac, no lights, no proper drinking water too. 11.
