Here Work life balance and work environment is good. Have a lot opportunity of career growth. I think this is not work place it's also a training center for me. I am very happy for behavior of Accounts head CA Dilip Kumar and my others mate.

Here job security is very below because have not a good position for gold market. I don't like politics. I don't like culture of company because rules of company is very flexible, every time rule is change of this company.

This is corporate office. Accounts handle of 10 factories [ Bills receivable and Bills payable, Bank reconciliation, Income and Expenses, MIS, GST filing, TDS and all Billing work (Sales bill, Job work bill, Delivery challan, eWay bill etc.)]

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
