Working environment is very good. People mingle with us very fast.Travelling facility is very good with excellent busses.we can learn things very easily and fast.Growth will be good High job security.

Dislikes

Politics will be frequently going on in and around the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
