Aurigo is an overall nice company to join. I have recently begun working here and am enjoying learning. The projects are interesting as well as challenging. I remain curious to think divergently and work on the challenging aspects of the projects. Aside from learning, the company has a good environment where positivity persists.

Dislikes

My technical skills are greatly developing here. There should be more programs to develop soft skills too.

It is the culture of this workplace that has made me grow fond of it. I work with a team that is immensely collaborative. My colleagues and I support each other to get through different things. Sometimes, we approach the management for something that need to be quickly settled.

Dislikes

The managers prefer inviting many teams members to meeting but I don't think so many people are needed. This unnecessarily adds to the length of discussions.

At several companies, I've worked before. Flexibility was the only thing I needed there. Joining this company in 2025 was for this main reason. It knows why flexibility matters to employees and ensures to provide it. There are flexible work shifts too. They help me work productively throughout my shift.

Dislikes

It is an awesome company to join. Nothing worth disliking has been there yet. There haven't been any issues either.

I have a long list of things that I like here. Work-life balance is the best in this company. I've never been affected by the workload. It is usually low. It is good in terms of HR policies. Attendance and leave are managed well. Then it goes without saying that the HR DEPT. is nice too.

The helpers in the office are somewhat slow in doing their work.

It's natural for anyone's performance to go through different phases. What really makes difference is how understanding an organisation is. The management is empathetic and that is all I need. It deals with employees as politely and kind as possible. When I take time to grasp things, I don't worry any longer.

There are many special moments at Aurigo that I happily tell others. I have celebrated many milestone with my work family. Sometimes, we have celebrated special occasions outside the premises. Every outing has-been fun with my colleagues. My experience has been full of joy. I am expecting more such moments in the upcoming times.

At times, the entire team is not required in meetings. Yet, it is required to sit throughout the discussion.

It is committed to providing transparency in the office. That is why everything is clear and open. I have noted that HR department communicates openly. But confidential matters are not disclosed. It knows which matters to discuss openly or confidently. So, it is professional in every sense.

Dislikes

Not every manager interacts with ease. They kind of seem introverts to me.

A lot of facilities are available that make it enjoyable to work here. The systems are kept up to date so that work does not get hampered. There are proper rooms for meetings and conferences. An are has been allocated for eating and enjoying refreshments. The furniture is good enough and I can comfortably work throughout the day.

Dislikes

The office is not located so close to my place. There should be effective transportation services for such employees.
