Here, I get weekends off. During the week, work-life balance is also maintained. Though there are many clients to manage, I have to work as per my abilities. At this organisation, I've been working for more than 3 months. My learning graph has been very impressive. This is a place full of learning for all, whether you are at entry level or working as a manager. I am getting to know the best industry trends along with the other things.

There are numerous teams at Aurigo. When my induction was going on, it took much time. I would have preferred a quicker one with just the main leads included.
