i am originally from new Delhi but i shifted to Bangalore with my family almost a year ago. Bangalore has high competition and getting a good job here is not so easy. i am a high - packing employee and this sometimes doesn't help me in getting a job so quickly. i am so thankful to Aurigo for having me here. this company is among those that will focus more on the quality than selecting an employee who asks for a low salary. i am getting a great package and i am giving the best of my work to the office

I am new in this company. I have joined here 2 months ago as the QE Engineer. I am not from Bangalore Originally. But I was very keen to work with Aurigo and when my interview was scheduled i could not find a transport mode on time. So i required the office to help me if possible. They made me do my interview over the web. I do not know if this is how they always do but in my case i specially requested them for help. Even though I have still 2 months to complete a full year at Aurigo Software Technologies, I have been able to come up with a good understanding of this organization. The organization definitely follows the policies it has set. The management is transparent. My salary has always been credited on time, even during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020! It is good that we have a canteen here but it has been long since the food options have been modified. Also, the service is a bit slow. I would really like to suggest to the management to introduce more options and make the service a bit faster.

This company is hiring during the pandemic. I joined here 3 months ago. I correctly remember that 3 months ago there was a shortage of jobs. I was hoping that after a few months, jobs will be available. I thankfully secured a job here at the right time. Otherwise i may have been sitting jobless at this time. Very supportive teammates, good work environment & encourage us on our ideas. During this lockdown period, Aurigo technologies understood the importance and value of human life by not forcing us to move outside of our homes and allow us to work from home.

Regarding the salary, the hike is very minimum. Rest everything is the best.
