Company got acquired by Happiest minds technologies.

Dislikes

There are no proper payroll processing systems. 90% of the time they delay in crediting the salary. The CEO believes whatever the top management says. No joining bonus, no joining goodies, no gifts, etc.

Compensation. They have hired people at very good pay which is what drove people to join the company.

Dislikes

Lot of room for improvement both at management level as well as employee. Employees needs to be groomed to be fit for the job that they are expected to do. Also they should have good number of projects in pipeline and then hire new people.company is flexible about its work from home and leave policies but people have misutilized it.

Work Details

I worked as a scrum master here. my overall experience hasn't been great here except for the part that I had to manage a really tough team here which indeed taught me lot of things.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
