Nothing. Horrible environment to work and career growth

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance. Management expects you to work any time in a day irrespective of you are on PTO or you are done for the day. Most client centric organization I have ever seen. If client expects some thing and dev team knows it cannot be done in that time line, Management agrees to client and push development team to achieve. Management Commits more than a team can deliver and keep everyone life hectic adding stress. No process or plan while starting a project. All project requirements will be in excel. No technical design documentation or coding standards are defined....Read More
