The culture is very bad and especially I could say the HR dept is the worst part of the company. The work-life balance of the company is very poor though the salary packages are the worst of a kind.

-Good work life balance, except WFH facility. -Supportive management -High customer service -Strong demand for the products from market (domestic & Export) -Interesting products

- Only 1st and 3rd sat is off - Strict timings, no flexibility in terms of WFH. Not even once in a month. This makes a bit tired for many.
