They don't follow any kind of floor policy the most worst culture of this office is every senior is having affair with junior,so that junior is having authority to come late ,will get plan leave even 1 day before ,the can come half n HR late and get A grade in adherence and if you are opinionated with you point of views and strong enought to raise voice for right bro you are going to be fired anytime with no proper reason plus no documentation even after getting permanent ,at first they will say it's your family you can share your thoughts with us when you are trying out your opinions they not gonna like it they will search excuses to fire you ,no job security, if you want to work in long term do what they say even if they are wrong ,and I feel bad that no senior authorities are taking action for mainly floor policy n that affair part!...Read More
