I've had the best years of my career at Ather. Work is well organized and the people are good. There's a healthy working environment., where things move at a fast pace, yet you don't feel the pressure. People are easy to work with.

Work culture is very poor, no professionallism, Business head having very rude and poor behavior no knowledge of sales, sales manager dont know how to send mail poor communication . Worst experience I worked only for 3 months and when I resigned and complain then head office easily accepted my resignation and asked me to change the reason with my personal issue. No job security they all are very partial. After my resignation 6-7 employees also resigned with the same reason . At this time they only have executive . Company need to hire new Business head and sales manager otherwise this company will shut down one day. Company policy is very poor I have to fight for 2 months for my fnf clearance....Read More

Pankaj - business head and Ajay -Sales they are considered like they are the owner of the company Bad working culture egoistic behavior. Implementation of past poor work Culture. No professionallism. Giving favor to unmarried girls passing comments. If any one having some issue with anything say no without listen them and make differences with that employees not consider their presence in office. Being an HR I was responsible for my job. He didn't allowed me to do so. When I raised my voice no action taken against him. Sales manager who don't know spelling of communication he was taking interview and business head allowed him to do this.
