Work life balance is okay.

Dislikes

Too much micro management is there. Managers will be behind you all the time for the work. No benefits as such apart from your regular salary. No place for extra cocirricular activities or sports. Zero budget allocation for team outings. Overall a suffocating place to work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
