Work from home benefit helps in maintaining balance along with family, expecially when you have kids.

Dislikes

Management level politics will disturb you mentally, no fair promotions are given and they are soo many people you can see in a team, who actually have no work but are just in place to pass on the information to the managers and soo on.

Work life is good but its not easy to get promotion and they have slab system for each level. Once you reach slab system you wont get salary though you perfom exceptional. Full of politics and no transparency in promotions
