Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Functions:

• Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update documentation, records, and databases.

Metrics Management:

• Develop and implement systems to track and report key performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Initiative and Program Tracking:

• Plan, execute, and monitor various initiatives and programs within the division.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project.
• Ensure projects stay on track and within scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and collaboration sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and outcomes.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in an administrative or metrics-driven role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in a technology or software development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
