New Leadership team is not at all good. Promotion issue, no growth and learning. No flexibility, new culture is not employee friendly, no use of people managers, they do not have any power everything is controlled by leadership people.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
