*Good culture *Good pay *Learn new technology *Good learning programs including soft skill *Good hike ( normally we can get from 10- 15 % ) *Employee friendly *work from home as of now , but they insist more on office work *leave policy is good ( 22 paid leaves + 12 casual leave ).

*Promotion is quite slow, depends on the profile you work on . *certain team have night shift ( which can be for a month ) *work life is seemingly okay ,

Company is fine,totally depends on the team and the manager, everything goes via the manager so if you expect to grow, genuine efforts alone doesn't count ... you need to tackle the politics and favoritism.

Dislikes

Politics, favoritism , unpaid overtime . For the management to address the issues it takes years ... not employee friendly.
